Float Glass
Float Glass
Float glass is a type of glass that is produced using a manufacturing process that significantly reduces carbon emissions. The manufacturing process for low carbon glass involves using renewable energy sources and reducing the amount of energy required to produce glass. Low carbon glass is also made from recycled materials, which further reduces its carbon footprint.
Color Reflective Glass
Tinted Glass
Color reflective glass is available in varied hues such as bronze, silver, dark grey, green, dark blue, etc. You can choose the hue that aligns with the colour of your building’s framing, stonework, and metal panes. These hues protect your interiors from absorbing harmful UV rays and also significantly reduce the HVAC
Frosted Glass
Frosted Glass
Frosted glass is a type of glass that has been treated with an abrasive material, such as sand or aluminum oxide, to create a frosted appearance. The process of sandblasting involves propelling fine particles at the glass surface at high speeds using compressed air. The result is a frosted or opaque appearance
Aluminum Coated Mirror
Aluminum Coated Mirror
Aluminum is a popular choice for mirror coatings because of its reflectance. With the highest reflectance of any metal in the ultraviolet and infrared spectral ranges, aluminum only falls behind silver in the visible light and near-infrared ranges. Bare aluminum can be used in optical mirrors for telescopes in space to achieve larger bandwidths of light.
Tempered Glass
Automobile Glass
Automobile Glass
Automobile glass is glass used to provide light access to motor vehicles. It includes windscreens, side and rear windows, and glass panel roofs. It is generally held in place by glass run channels, which also serve to contain fragments of glass if the glass breaks.
High Proof Glass
High Proof Glass
High Proof glass is a type of glassware that is designed to withstand high alcohol content and high temperatures. It is commonly used for serving strong alcoholic beverages such as whiskey, bourbon, and other spirits. High Proof glass is often thicker and more durable than regular glassware, making it less likely to break or shatter when exposed to high alcohol content.
Laminated Glass
Laminated Glass
Laminated glass is made by sandwiching a layer of polyvinyl butyral (PVB) between two or more layers of glass. The PVB layer acts as an adhesive and helps to hold the glass together in case of breakage. Laminated glass is used in car windshields, skylights, and other applications where safety is critical.
Lacquered Glass
Lacquered Glass
Lacquered glass is a type of decorative glass that possesses a layer of colour coating on one of its surfaces. Lacquered glass is a type of glass that has been coated with a layer of lacquer on one side. This coating not only adds color to the glass but also provides a glossy finish and enhances its durability.
Etched Glass
Etched Glass
Etched glass is a type of glassware whose decorative design has been cut into the surface by the corrosive action of an acid. An etched-glass surface may be either rough and frosted or satiny smooth and translucent, depending largely on the composition of the glass and the amount of time the glass is exposed to the acid.
Digital Printing
Digital Printing
Glass printing is a process to convert a standard Glass into a work of art; the capability to replicate any digital image onto glass permanently. However, unlike paper and fabric, Glass surface does not absorb inks in the same way. This method uses a stencil and a mesh screen to create the design. Ink is spread across the screen with a squeegee; while the stencil blocks certain areas of glass, leaving others open to let the ink through.
Silicon
Silicon
Silicon for glass refers to the use of silicon compounds in the manufacturing of glass. Silicon is added to glass formulations to improve its durability, strength, and thermal stability. It also helps in reducing the melting temperature of the glass, making it easier to work with during the production process.
